1. Submit a completed Cotecna Request for Certification (RFC) form.
2. Cotecna reviews the application to determine the correct certification scope.
3. A facility audit is conducted to assess Halal compliance; corrective actions are requested if needed.
4. After evaluation, Cotecna issues the Halal Certificate.
5. Annual surveillance audits are performed to ensure ongoing compliance.

Note: Halal Certification is valid for 3 years. Renewal applications must be submitted at least one month before the expiry date.
