What Is the Congolese Conformity Assessment Programme (PCEC)?
The Congolese Agency for Standardization and Quality (ACONOQ) has appointed Cotecna to implement the PCEC programme, which ensures that imported goods comply with national safety and quality regulations. Our role is to verify product conformity before shipment, giving importers peace of mind and smoother entry into the Congolese market.
